How long do I have to return an order?
30 days from delivery. The clock starts the day the carrier marks the order delivered. Subscription orders use the same window from each delivery date, not the original signup.

What can be returned?
Unused, unopened product in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used product cannot be returned.

Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Use a trackable shipping method so the return can be confirmed when it reaches us.

When do I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and is inspected, we email you whether it is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Open a return.
Fill the form with the order number, the email on the order and the reason. A reply with the next steps usually comes back same day.

Can I exchange for a different item?
We do not do direct exchanges. Return the original product, if it is eligible, and place a new order.
What if my order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect?
Email support within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace it or refund it. If we need it back, return shipping is on us.
Can I return a subscription refill I no longer want?
Skip or cancel from your refills page any time before you confirm the shipment. Nothing ships until you confirm it. Already shipped? The same return rules apply.
How do gift returns work?
Gifts follow the same rules. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
What if I have a reaction or skin sensitivity?
Stop using the product. Email support with what happened. We want to hear about it.
Promo or discounted orders
Same rules. The refund is the price you actually paid after the discount, not the list price.
