No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used product cannot be returned. Unused, unopened product in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. No tree nuts are listed on any of our labels. A few ingredients that people with sensitivities ask about do appear, so here is where: goat milk in the Goat Milk Oasis wash and bar, wheat seed extract and nutmeg kernel extract in the Turmeric Citrus Grove lotion, argan kernel oil in the Turmeric Citrus Grove bar, apricot seed powder in every body wash and the scrub, and coconut-derived cleansers in the body washes and the Goat Milk Oasis bar. No parabens. No sulfates. No synthetic fragrance. The scent in every bottle is built from essential oils and plant extracts listed by name on the back of the bottle. There is no “fragrance” or “parfum” entry hiding a blend you cannot read. The scent profile is built to read warm, clean, and close to the skin.

We do not disclose manufacturing locations. The brand is from Detroit. The products ship from within the US.

Motor City is Detroit. The name is the brand identity, not a manufacturing claim. It points at where the eye for the line was shaped: a city that reads a built object and knows whether it was built to last.
