How often does it ship?
The cadence is set per format from typical daily use. Body wash every 4 weeks, body lotion every 6 weeks, bar soap 2-pack every 7 weeks, body scrub every 8 weeks. You can move any shipment to a different date.
Do I get charged before I know about it?
No. Every shipment confirms by email 3 days before it ships. Skip it, swap the scent, or push the date from that email or from your account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. There is no fee and no minimum number of shipments.
