When do orders ship?
Ships in 3 to 5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment the label scans.

When will my order arrive?
2 to 5 business days in transit anywhere in the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories run 4 to 8 business days through USPS Priority. We do not air-ship for routine orders. If you need it faster, email support and we will quote the upgrade.

What if my order is lost or shows up damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we replace it or refund it. If it is lost in transit, email support and we reship or refund it. You do not file a carrier claim.
Special cases.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses?
Yes to all four. We route those through USPS automatically, so transit can run an extra 1 to 3 business days versus a street address. Service members overseas, thank you. Reach out if anything looks off.
Do subscription refills ship free?
Refills of $25 or more ship free. A refill confirms at $25 or more, the same line as free shipping, and your refills page tells you when one needs another bottle to get there. The cadence you picked at checkout drives the next ship date. Skip, pause, or change the cadence from your refills page. Skip it any time before you confirm the shipment. Nothing ships until you confirm it.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Before the label scans, email support with your order number and the new address. We can usually catch it before the label scans. After the label scans, USPS controls the package and we can reroute via Informed Delivery for a fee, or we can wait for return-to-sender and reship at no charge.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US and 27 other countries. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are paid by the customer. Delivery takes 7 to 21 business days.
Holiday windows
Around US federal holidays orders can take an extra business day to go out. We post the exact dates on the homepage banner the week of, and in the order-confirmation email.
Carrier
USPS Ground Advantage for most orders, USPS Priority for the larger ones and the AK / HI / territory routes. UPS Ground on a case-by-case basis if you ask.
