When it ships.
Orders placed before 1pm Eastern on a US business day go out the same day. After that, the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays. Tracking lands in your inbox the moment the label scans.

When it lands.
2 to 5 business days in transit anywhere in the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories run 4 to 8 business days through USPS Priority. We do not air-ship for routine orders. If you need it faster, email support and we will quote the upgrade.

If it gets lost or shows up damaged.
On us. Send a photo to support within 14 days of delivery and we either reship or refund, your call. We do not ask you to file a carrier claim. That is our problem, not yours.
Special cases.
P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO
Yes to all four. We route those through USPS automatically, so transit can run an extra 1 to 3 business days versus a street address. Service members overseas, thank you. Reach out if anything looks off.
Subscribers
Every refill ships free, every time, regardless of the cart total. The cadence you picked at checkout drives the next ship date. Skip, pause, or change the cadence from your refills page. Skips lock in up to 48 hours before the next ship date.
Address changes
Before the label scans, email support with your order number and the new address. We can usually catch it inside the 1pm cutoff window. After the label scans, USPS controls the package and we can reroute via Informed Delivery for a fee, or we can wait for return-to-sender and reship at no charge.
International
Not yet. US only for now. If you want a heads-up when a country lights up, email support and we will write back the day shipping opens for your country.
Holiday windows
Around US federal holidays the cutoff slides 1 business day later. We post the exact dates on the homepage banner the week of, and in the order-confirmation email.
Carrier
USPS Ground Advantage for most orders, USPS Priority for the larger ones and the AK / HI / territory routes. UPS Ground on a case-by-case basis if you ask.
